Fluffy and Delicious Salted Nut Rolls

Looking for a crowd pleasing dessert for your next party? Look no further. I have the holy grail of sweet treats and I am sharing the recipe with YOU! My grandma originally created this recipe to mock the popular candy bar, "Salted Nut Roll." I think this recipe is far better than the candy bar because of its incredibly fluffy texture. The fluffy texture is created by adding small marshmallows to the batter. I am warning you... this recipe is dangerously delicious :)


1 jar dry roasted peanuts
1 bag peanut butter chips
1 bag mini marshmallows
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla

Add half the roasted peanuts to a 8x10 pan that has been sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Microwave butter and peanut butter chips in a glass bowl for one minute, then stir until smooth. Add milk and vanilla to peanut butter mixture, and microwave 2 more minutes. Stir until combined. Next, stir in marshmallows. Pour batter into your 8x10 pan (peanuts should be on bottom and pour the other half of peanuts over the top and pat down gently). Keep in refrigerator until you are ready to cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
